Особенности вязкоупругого поведения пористых сплавов никелида титана, полученных методом СВС, высокая выносливость и высокая коррозионная стойкость позволяют использовать их в качестве остеопластического материала в экспериментальной медицине и клинической практике. Приведены литературный обзор в области механобиологии биологических тканей и оригинальные экспериментальные результаты изучения вязкоупругого поведения и трикотажа из сплава никелида титана. Экспериментально доказано подобие деформационных характеристик трикотажа из никелида титана и мягких биологических тканей, которое обусловлено гистерезисным вязкоупругим поведением обеих составляющих биоинтерфейса. На модельных материалах в [001] монокристаллах TiNiCu исследованы сверхэластичность и двойной эффект памяти формы. Экспериментально и клинически доказано, что трикотаж из сверхэластичной никелид-титановой проволоки с высокой эффективностью может быть использован для замещения твердых и мягких биологических тканей.
