Работа характеризуется тем, что, в первом приближении, получены результаты, позволяющие разграничивать башенные сооружения не только по гибкости-жесткости, но и представлять их как короткие, длинные и средней длины. Указанный анализ приводит к выводу о необходимости разграничения понятий активной зоны и сжимаемой толщи именно с позиции устойчивости общего положения высокого сооружения, и не только дымовых труб или Останкинской башни, одновременно давая решения для функции вида S = f(Hсж) . Предложенные решения могут быть достаточно эффективными, что подтверждается на примерах не только отечественных объектов башенного типа, но и примером Пизанской башни.
