Рассматриваются вопросы создания имитационных моделей параллельной работы неуправляемых и управляемых газоперекачивающих агрегатов (ГПА) с центробежными нагнетателями. Имитационные модели ГПА (компрессоров) отражают их динамические свойства в окрестностях стационарного режима. Проводятся исследования устойчивости и качества параллельной работы ГПА для разных ограничений, накладываемых на параметры и порядок уравнений, отражающих их динамические свойства. Анализируется модель, имитирующая работу управляемого байпаса. Рассмотрены вопросы синтеза общего цехового регулятора, осуществляющего выработку единого управляющего сигнала при параллельной работе ГПА. Анализируется динамика и КПД параллельной работы ГПА с разбросом параметров друг относительно друга при использовании дополнительного экстремального регулятора. Подобный регулятор обеспечивает выработку индивидуальных поправок для каждого ГПА к общему сигналу управления цехового регулятора. Подобные поправки позволяют вывести работу всего компрессорного цеха на максимум КПД и одновременно с этим косвенно характеризуют степень износа каждого ГПА. Дополнительный регулятор работает периодически и только в стационарном режиме, не оказывая влияния на устойчивость всей системы. Разработанные модели могут входить в состав математического обеспечения комплексных тренажеров, а также могут быть полезны в режиме реального времени при тестировании и отладке шкафов автоматики ГПА.

Учитывается одновременно изменение упругой энергии несоответствия, как за счет дислокационной перестройки, так и за счет механизма неоднородного распределения состава компонент пленки. Сформулированы системы уравнений описывающих процессы релаксации. Построены компьютерные модели пленки SiGe нанометровой толщины на Si подложке и SiGe островков нанометровых размеров на смачивающем слое, учитывающие влияние механодиффузии, наличие дислокаций несоответствия, туннельных трещин, проникающих и винтовых дислокаций. Выполнены расчеты построенных моделей с использованием метода конечных элементов, аппроксимирующих формул и итерационного алгоритма. Особое внимание уделено подробному обсуждению полученных результатов и соответствующим выводам. Представленные результаты помогают определить оптимальные режимы выращивания наноразмерных эпитаксиальных гетероструктур. Монография подготовлена в Южном федеральном университете. В третьей главе представлена модель колебаний стальной пластины со слоем золошлаковых отложений при действии на неё ударных волн деформаций. На основе её анализа уста-новлено влияние параметров ударной системы «боек-инструмент-обрабатываемый объект» на напряжения, возникающие при ударе в ин-струменте, пластине и слое отложений. Разработаны рекомендации по выбору рациональных параметров ударной системы, обеспечивающих наилучшую передачу энергии в обрабатываемый объект и разрушение слоя отложений при напряжениях в бойке, инструменте и пластине, не превышающих допускаемые условием их прочности. Полученные резуль-таты подтвердили перспективность использования гидравлических вибро-ударных механизмов для очистки поверхностей по сравнению с применя-емыми ранее кривошипно-коромысловыми ударными механизмами. Economic growth and rising levels of consumption in developing and developed countries has been observed as being deeply coupled with natural resource usage and material consumption. The increasing need for natural resources has raised concerns regarding issues such as resource scarcity, undesirable environmental impacts due to material extraction, primary production, and suboptimal product disposal, and social or political tensions. Product End-of-Life (EoL) options, such as reusing or recycling, attempt to limit or reduce the amount of waste sent to a landfill, providing strategic means to decouple the link between economic growth and resource usage. These EoL options have the potential to close material loops, further utilizing wastes as resources, reducing environmental impacts, conserving natural resources, reducing material prices, and providing job opportunities in developing countries. Remanufacturing, on the other hand, is a unique EoL option due to increasing the number of life cycles of a product before final disposal. First, recurring environmental benefits, such as emission and raw material extraction avoidance are obtained with each additional product life cycle. Second, individual resource efficiency yields increase through product remanufacture. Resource efficiency or, using more with less will continue to compound with each additional life cycle. Third, recirculating products decreases the demand and dependency for primary resource production, further closing the material loop and creating a more circular economy. In addition, remanufacturing can initiate more preferable EoL options such as recovery, recycling, and waste reduction. While remanufacturing offers numerous benefits, there is significant lack of literature and books covering the fundamentals of operations, technologies and business models.
