In the first chapter on Hitler’s advocacy for “eugenic” figurative representation embodying Nazi nostalgia for lost Aryan racial perfection and the aspiration for the future perfection of the German Volk, and in the second chapter on the appropriation of Christian iconography in constructing symbols of a Nazi racial utopia, Maertz conclusively proves that the Nazi attack on modernism was inconsistent. Zw?lf Jahre sp?ter versagte das Spenderorgan. Die Tortur begann von neuem: vier bis zw?lf Stunden Bauchfelldialyse t?glich. 2020 geschah das gro?e Wunder ­– am 8. August bekam er auf Mallorca seine zweite Chance, eine Spenderniere. Pures Gl?ck, das gerade mal 150 Gramm wiegt.

Dabei haben Sie im Semesterverlauf neben Fachvortr?gen und selbst entwickelten Workshops erste eigene wissenschaftliche Artikel verfasst, von denen eine Auswahl Eingang in diesen Seminarband gefunden hat. Sie spiegeln sowohl unterschiedliche Erfahrungen der Studierenden als auch unterschiedliche Herangehensweisen an die bearbeiteten Themen wider. Gleichzeitig sind sie eine Momentaufnahme in Zeiten der st?ndig voranschreitenden Medienkonvergenz.
