Aber Le Bon gelang es in diesem Hauptwerk, ein Ph?nomen zu beschreiben, was die modernen Gesellschaften im ?bergang zum 20. Jahrhundert offensichtlich brennend besch?ftigte. Vor allem das Unbewusste als Antrieb menschlichen Handelns, das allen Rationalit?ten entgegensteht, war Thema von le Bon. Er f?hrte damit eine wichtige neue Kategorie geisteswissenschaftlicher Forschung ein.
