In der DDR konnten M?dchen und Frauen ab dem 12. Lebensjahr in geschlossene Venerologische Stationen zur Behandlung von Geschlechtskrankheiten zwangseingewiesen werden. Oft reichte daf?r eine Denunziation oder der Verdacht auf eine Geschlechtskrankheit, um von der Polizei, der Heimleitung oder von den Eltern auf eine solche Station gebracht zu werden. Solche im Volksmund oft kurz und derb „Tripperburg“ genannten geschlossenen Stationen gab es in fast jedem Bezirk. Auf den Stationen wurde ohne Aufkl?rung und Einverst?ndnis der Patientinnen in die k?rperliche Integrit?t der Frauen eingegriffen. Die M?dchen und Frauen mussten t?glich eine gyn?kologische Untersuchung ?ber sich ergehen lassen, teilweise ohne medizinische Indikation. Neben der (medizinischen) Versorgung sollten die Patientinnen in einem hierarchisch organisierten Terrorsystem zu „sozialistischen Pers?nlichkeiten“ erzogen werden. T?glich mussten sie auf der Station oder in anderen Abteilungen der Poliklinik Arbeiten verrichten. Die M?dchen und Frauen wurden auf den Stationen k?rperlich wie psychisch gedem?tigt und traumatisiert. Am Beispiel der Poliklinik Mitte in Halle (Saale) wird der Alltag auf einer solchen geschlossenen Venerologischen Station geschrieben. F?r diese Rekonstruktion wurden neben umfangreichen Archivrecherchen Interviews mit ehemaligen Patientinnen sowie mit ?rzten, Krankenschwestern und Mitarbeitern der geschlossenen Venerologischen Station in Halle (Saale) gef?hrt.
